*during the low season we aplly additional fee for the heating if it is being used. The fee is calculated based on the usage of gas and 5EUR per M3 used.

We welcome families with children, although we would like to inform you that our facility is not specifically designed for children. Children usually enjoy the swimming pool as part of the activities.

Our facility offers excellent Wi-Fi. Internet is provided by Starlink satellites.

Pets are welcome. The fee is €10 per night. We only accept calm, well-groomed pets that do not disturb other guests.

A mandatory final cleaning fee of €100 is added to every booking of the apartaments Lila and Rosa, and 200 EUR for the apartament Pinia. This ensures that every guest can expect a fresh and well-maintained interior at the beginning of their stay.
